Account type
Clear accounts have no consistency rule and no buffer once funded. The evaluation applies a 50% consistency check. The Daily Loss Limit is soft at every size and pauses the day; only the end-of-day trailing Max Loss Limit fails the account. Payouts require five days above a minimum daily profit and pay up to 50% of the cycle profit.
A payout needs five separate days at or above the minimum daily profit and a positive net profit for the cycle. You can withdraw 50% of the cycle profit, up to the cap for your size. The cap does not grow with later payouts. No buffer, no consistency rule.
For traders who want the lightest funded rules: no consistency check and no buffer once funded, with only the end-of-day trailing Max Loss Limit able to fail the account. Payouts need five profitable days and are capped at half the cycle profit.
Which size should you choose?
The size sets the profit target, the Max Loss Limit and the maximum position. Larger sizes cost more, allow more contracts and lift the first payout cap. Pick the size whose Max Loss Limit you can respect on a bad week.

FAQ
Clear has no consistency rule and no buffer once funded. The only rule that can end a funded Clear account is the end-of-day trailing Max Loss Limit; the Daily Loss Limit ($1,800 on a 100K) is soft. In exchange, payouts are capped at 50% of the cycle profit.
Five separate days at or above the minimum daily profit ($200 on a 100K) and a positive net for the cycle. You withdraw up to 50% of the cycle profit, capped at $2,500 on a 100K. The cap does not grow with later payouts.
Yes, 50% during the evaluation only: your largest day may not exceed half the profit target of $6,000 on a 100K. Two profitable days is the realistic minimum. Once funded, there is no consistency rule.
